Conference Guidelines

All Participants

  • The conference will be held online and offline
  • Please attend the entire conference program, so that the speaker will not be disappointed because of the small audience. The conference is to hear and exchange ideas.
  • Please do not smoke and/or talk in the room.
  • Please silent on your mobile phone. 
  • Please mute your mic of the zoom application.
  • Please do not take photograph and/or video during the presentation.
  • Participants are welcome to attend presentations in any parallel rooms. 
  • During every presentation discussion session please ask only short and clear questions.
  • Certificates will be given at the end of the conference. The download link of the certificate will be delivered through messaging feature in the registered user's panel (need login).

Plenary Speakers

  • Presentation time is scheduled by the committee.
  • The room will be equipped with an LCD projector and an official PC or Laptop. The committee does not recommend the presenter to use a personal computer. Presentation file should be written in a Microsoft PowerPoint file format.
  • The committee prepare the rehearsal time for you before your presentation time (please see the rehearsal schedule). You can check either your presentation file is fine or need to revise to fit with the equipment.
  • Rehearsal time for the plenary speakers is listed in the following table.
Keynote Speaker October 12th, 2022, 08.00 – 12. 00 GMT+8 (Online/Offline)
Invited Speaker October 12th, 2022 13.00 - 17.00 (GMT+8)

  • The presentation file will be used only for the presentation and will not be used for other purposes. The committee will delete the file after the conference
  • Time for the presentation is about 25 minutes. Discussion in parallel is about 15 minutes.
